I also still occasionally write into my paper journal, been doing that for ages Why do you like online journaling? the community, finding like-minded people, discussions (if they're civil and not flame wars), shits and giggles, that kinda thing What are some of your hobbies? being creative in one way or another, my ever growing Tom Cruise collection, Postcrossing (not that active anymore), bubble baths, reading, watching sports and movies, listening to music, photography, writing/blogging, teddy bears, New Zealand, Route 66 ...
Favorite bands/artists: Bury Tomorrow (also known as BAND! or my LORDS AND SAVIORS), Architects, Any Given Day, Three Days Grace, Blood Youth (RIP), Dogstar (Keanu Reeves's band), Heroes del Silencio, so basically a lot of Rock and Metal(-core) But I am also VERY fond of soundtracks, esp. the "Oblivion", "M:I 7 - Dead Reckoning" ones as well as Hans Zimmer, and 80s music. There's also some JLo, Hip Hop / R'n'B on my iPod, as well as a super eclectic playlist ranging from trance to pop to classical.
Favorite TV shows: mostly some German crime series Favorite movies: THE DARK KNIGHT, Top Gun: Maverick, Inception, The Crow, Some Like It Hot, the entire M:I franchise, The Hunt for 'Red October', Oblivion, Up, Far and Away ...well, if it has Tom Cruise in it, I will probably like it, same for action flicks with Jason Statham Favorite books: THE HOTEL NEW HAMPSHIRE, A Little Life, The Shadow of the Wind, The Stand, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Grapes of Wrath, ...well, I will read basically anything that tickles the fancy: from non-fiction (history, aviation, biographies) to fantasy the likes of "Game of Thrones" to dystopias and horror / thrillers; and Stephen King is always a good idea Other fandoms: sports (NFL, NHL, MLB; biathlon; Olympics), Paddington Bear, Batman
