Why do you like online journaling? It is nice to get out my thoughts & receive feedback on what I write. I also love being able to get a glimpse into people's lives and hearing (well, reading) perspectives on stuff that I didn't see before. I've learned a lot and hugely opened my mind through blogging and meeting people online.
What are some of your hobbies? Reading, taking walks, travelling, taking pictures, hanging out with friends, going to concerts, listening to music, doing jigsaw puzzles, and I am planning on going back to go swimming regularly.

I am not a huge TV show person though and will often start a show and then forget about it LOL. A recent exception was Baby Reindeer which I was so fascinated by that I watched it all in a span of three days, which is very quick for me.

Favorite books: I love reading, so if I named all of them we'd be here all day! So here are a few select ones: "The Wrong Boy" (W. Russell), "Lolita" (V. Nabokov), "The Cider House Rules" (J. Irving), "Mio my Son" (A. Lindgren). I love a lot of series as well, and I will give almost any book a try if the story sounds interesting.
(Just not particular to most sci-fi novels except dystopias)

What do you want in an DW friend?: Open-minded, kind, empathetic people with a sense of humour. You should be understanding of the fact that I have some mental illnesses and that my journal is not always puppies and sunshine.

Also, if all you write about is your spouse and/or kids or religion - nothing wrong with that, but I just won't be able to relate/know what to say.

What are some of your hobbies? Reading, writing, playing on my Nintendo Switch (usually Animal Crossing). My free time is usually dedicated to decompressing.

Video games: Destiny 2, Animal Crossing and modded Minecraft to name a few.

Podcasts: Scared to Death, Paranormal Mysteries, and The Goons Podcast. I plan to branch out a bit and listen to more though!

How often do you update?: I'm planning on 2 times a week. Due to work issues causing stress issues, I come home just wiped out completely, play a mobile game and then pass out for the night. I both want and need to make time for DW again. I want to make fulfilling friendships and write about my creative stuff along with my stress/trauma unpacking.

What do you want in an DW friend?: Understanding, kindness, patience, likeminded-ness and loyalty. DEFINITELY not someone who talks ill of me to others (aka two-faced) or someone who
is an ass, passive aggressive, heavily gossips to bring others down. I'm getting too old to deal with drama and only want peace and people who genuinely care about me. Do you have any pets?? Yep! A tuxedo cat called Silvestre Guantes, and a dog called Kia (it's only a coincidence that a car brand by that name exists xD). I don't hang out much with Kia cause she lives in the house in the back of the garden with my grandma (she hates cats, hence why she's not hanging out with me and Silvestre at my house).
How long have you been online journaling? Almost 20 years online! ♥. I had my first LJ when I was 13 years old, and that was my first approach to journaling online.
Why do you like online journaling? I like looking back on memories from time to time, and also having somewhere to go when memory fails me. It has also helped me through time to process emotions and even get over trauma.
What are some of your hobbies? They are mainly related to writing and gaming, but I also love taking photographs and recently got into painting with watercolors :)

Plus, I feel more authentic when I post on my blog versus most social media.

Why do you like online journaling? recently it's really helped me get my thoughts on certain things in order. also, after having used primarily twitter for social media/fandom stuff for the past several years, it's just incredibly nice to be able to actually articulate things at length.
What are some of your hobbies? i've gotten back into icon-making again! also writing fiction (was writing solely academic stuff for a real long while there). i also like video games (particularly RPGs and city builders), board games, reading, puzzles, succulents, sometimes baking lol, and nature walks with friends
