Do you have any pets?? I have two cats. How long have you been online journaling? At least since 2000. I had a Diaryland and a MyDearDiary account before Livejournal. Why do you like online journaling? Journaling is a good way for me to remember things, especially as I get "foggy" these days and don't remember things as well. The online part makes it easier for me because I'm usually on my computer (or now, phone). Plus sometimes you make friends! What are some of your hobbies? I read a lot. I enjoy jigsaw puzzles and those Lego flower kits. Coloring. I'd like to get back into writing again. I have a podcast, but I haven't updated in a while.
Favorite bands/artists: SO many. I like a lot of different music. Pop and rock from the 80s and 90s are perennial favorites. I like doowop sometimes. I like Neil Diamond and Gordon Lightfoot, and am not embarrassed to say so. Favorite TV shows: Severance is really good and I can't wait for season 3. I need to get back into Doctor Who. I watch a lot of the shows on the Dropout streaming service (Game Changer, SmartyPants, and so on). Last Week Tonight with Jon Oliver. KIDS IN THE HALL. Favorite movies: I don't watch a lot of movies and I'm blanking on favorites. Favorite books: I'll always love Anne of Green Gables and The Hobbit. Other fandoms:
Is your journal friends only, partial or public?: I put media posts public but everything else is friends-only. How often do you update?: I try to update at least once a week, if not more. What do you want in an DW friend?: I like making connections and folks who comment at least occasionally. Some hobbies/interests in common is helpful. I like reading about everyone else's lives, so if your journal is 90% fandom, we're probably not compatible. Also not compatible with right-wing ideologies, TERFs, and the -phobic set.
