Age/Location: Late 20s
Do you have any pets?? Yes! A goldendoodle.
How long have you been online journaling? Had this account since 2020, but starting journaling consistently since September 2021.
Why do you like online journaling? I enjoy having a space where I can do longform posts, plus digital journaling is easier to me than physically writing it in a book. (I've tried many times before)
What are some of your hobbies? I draw! I also write, make icons and graphics, I love birding, playing video games, learning various sorts of history (Fandom, World, Internet, Queer, Subcultures), working out, coding, as well as collecting various things from the media I like. I also like to cook when I am able. One of my favorite shows (Kamen Rider Gotchard) has also gotten me interested in the history of Alchemy.
Favorite bands/artists: White Denim, BACK-ON, Doechii, I love and listen to a wide array of music.
Favorite TV shows: Kamen Rider Series (Especially Gotchard, OOO, Blade, Wizard, Faiz, etc), Captain Harlock + Leiji Matsumoto's Work, Various 70s Anime (Aim For The Ace, Takarajima, Cutie Honey, Etc), Super Sentai Series, Atla, Gundam 0079, and more I can't remember off the top of my head.

Is your journal friends only, partial or public?: All public! I don't have any reason really to private things right now.

How often do you update?: Usually at least once/week, but occasionally I have an obligation with my 83-year-old mother that takes me away to RL for an extended period. (Longest recently has been 1-1/2 months.)
What do you want in an DW friend?: Someone who understands that RL comes first but will return feedback if they are currently active on the site.
Any closing words/quotes/pictures/gifs/anything else you'd like to add: Regarding ElfQuest: I now know that Richard Pini is a crumbum and has ripped off a lot of people in the fandom world who supposedly had business arrangements with him. However, Wendy has chosen to stay with him while she continues to produce her beautiful works. If she produces more ElfQuest, I will have to find a way to enjoy it with it benefitting her and not him, if possible.
I was writing fanfiction before I knew what it was, and I was definitely a fan of many shows and movies and books from the age of 7. I didn't learn until reading one of my (still unbeknownst to me) fanfiction stories at an English Club meeting at my new university what fandom was. (Two people came over to me and invited me to both a weekly watching party and their monthly writers' group, which published a fanzine back in those days.) So, I consider myself to be "middle fandom" at the age of 55--knowing there are those who are older and fancy themselves "old fandom"--but I joined in when I had to go to a different location just to see the web, and the web was basically just a Google search to nowhere at that time. My, how far we've--Nope, not the appropriate time or place.
All friend requests must reply to the friends only entry (and follow the directions in the profile) because of something that happened to me in fandom in the past. Sorry, but I can't afford any toxicity in my life right now.
Oh, I should also note I have low-to-mid-support-requiring autism complicated by severe depression and anxiety; but given everything I've had to deal with the last two years with my mom's health after Dad passed, I think the Prozac is doing its job. I wouldn't be functioning if it wasn't, trust me.
Another note: All my entries are tagged with trigger warnings, etc., and warnings are given above a cut for any applicable triggers. I have a cousin who can't handle talk about stuff one might see after a child trips and falls on the playground, so...I give ample warnings because I'm a compassionate person.
I try to keep my journal politics/religion free. Should either enter my journal, they will be tagged and cut with trigger warnings for those who don't wish to see them. <3

How long have you been online journaling? On and off for the last ten years, though not super consistently in one place.

Age/Location:55, and in California, in the San Francisco Bay area
Occupation;former school librarian, and retired English teacher. Current writer and activist.
Do you have any pets?? I have some fish, koi in the backyard, and a beloved elderly calico cat called Tribble.
How long have you been online journaling? I started my live journal in 2003. A lot of my friends were on it and it was a lot of fun!
Why do you like online journaling? I've been journaling on paper since I was like 10 years old. But between live journal, dream width, and Tumblr, online journalling is more satisfying in a lot of ways. People actually read and respond! ššš
What are some of your hobbies? I'm really a crunchy granola auntie in a lot of ways. This past year I've gone on a deep dive into crochet, and have actually made my first sweater! It's gorgeous I love it I'm really happy with myself. I like to garden, casually grow my own food, cook, learn new fiber crafts. I read, write, occasionally take classes and I want to do that more. And my favorite thing to do is dance! I'm currently working on my fitness level so I can get back to that on regular basis. I am also a punk protester auntie. I go to protests, I make signs, I yell at the television when politicians are being stupid, and I get together with friends and vent, sometimes we get together to make things.
Favorite bands/artists: I like fierce female artists, like Florence and the machine, pink, no doubt with Gwen Stefani, Amy Adams and Evanescence. I also like soulful male voices, Hozier comes to mind. I'm also exploring music of about the last decade or so, when I wasn't really paying attention. There's some good stuff, neutral milk hotel came up recently on Spotify and I liked them and I like the Arctic monkeys for sure. But legitimately anything I can dance to, that makes my body move, it's going to be something that I like.
Favorite TV shows:I'm watching a fair amount of anime on Crunchyroll right now. Frieren At The Funeral, and Laid-back Camping, are two favorites. I've watched Steven universe twice through. I've liked some of the marvel TV shows, I would rewatch Agent Carter. And Good Omens of course, (god damn it Neil.)
Favorite movies: The first two Captain America movies, all three iron Man movies, the first avengers movie. Everything everywhere all at once. Arrival. That was amazing! Basically I like good science fiction with decent production values, some whimsy, and good potential for fanfiction.
Favorite books: Let's try series instead It would make more sense. Susan Cooper's The Dark Is Rising series. Lois McMaster Bujold, the Vorkozigan series. Shannon McGuire, the October Daye series. Patricia Briggs, all of her werewolf stories. R Cooper, beings in love series. Everything I've ever read by KL Noone, she writes supernatural romance & other queer romance. The Hawkeye comics by Aja and Fraction. The Blue Castle by LM Montgomery changed my life.
Other fandoms: webcomics: Check Please! By Ngozi Okazu Got me into writing fanfiction. Nimona by NL Stevenson, the webcomic and dear God the movie was spectacular. Heartstopper by Alice Oseman. Print comics : Rose Is Rose by Pat Brady and Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson are comfort rereads.
Is your journal friends only, partial or public?: I made my journal friends only during the first trump administration for reasons. If we seem like we'll get along I'm happy to friend folks, please send a friend request!
How often do you update?: uh. Not as often as I post on Tumblr which is almost daily. But I think it'll be beneficial for me to write more long-form more often, so look for me at least once a week.
What do you want in an DW friend?: If you like to have conversations in the comments, you are my kind of dreamwidth friend!
Any closing words/quotes/pictures/gifs/anything else you'd like to add: if I can't dance, it's not my revolution.

Age/Location: 36/ Tokyo, Japan (originally New England, USA)
Occupation: full time PK-8 school librarian + part time grad student + trying to sell my picture book manuscripts and make some money on that
Do you have any pets?? Tiamat
How long have you been online journaling? 20+ years (I started my LJ in 2003, back when you needed an invite code to join!)
Why do you like online journaling? I love connecting with people and getting glimpses into each others' lives! Something about the "friends only" format that's not quite a private diary but also not a public blog feels good to me, too.
What are some of your hobbies? I collect dolls; do some crafts (mostly crochet; trying to get back into quilting and learn embroidery); read (and write about what I read); and walk around Tokyo taking photos of things I see. I also have a MFA Writing for Children and Young Adults but that puts writing on the border between hobby and paid occupation.
Favorite TV shows: Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, His Dark Materials, Scientology and the Aftermath, TRIGUN: STAMPEDEā¦
Favorite movies: The Road to El Dorado, The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, Thor: Ragnarok, The Matrix: Resurrections, and I loooove talking about adaptation theory(ies).
Favorite books: Redwall (especially Redwall and Mossflower), Saiyuki, The Hunger Games (especially The Hunger Games and Sunrise on the Reaping), TSUBASA: RESERvoir CHRoNiCLE, His Dark Materials (especially La Belle Sauvage), and lots of picture books
Other fandoms: I'm not active in fandom.
Is your journal friends only, partial or public?: 100% friends only. I don't use filters but I do use emoji in subject lines to indicate specific subjects(
How often do you update?: I usually post about daily, sometimes more, sometimes less. I occasionally have bouts of hypergraphia where I post multiple times per day but I use the "Don't show on reading lists" thing when it gets excessive.
What do you want in an DW friend?: I'm not a good match for someone who mostly writes a fandom blog. I'm looking for friends who write about their lives and thoughts, which can absolutely include fandom and fannishness. I like to comment back and forth but I don't expect comments on every single post.
Any closing words/quotes/pictures/gifs/anything else you'd like to add: I love writing about my imaginary friends.

How long have you been online journaling? In my teens, I briefly had blogs on Sanriotown.com and AllyKatzz before they shut. So I'm really glad Dreamwidth exists and I get to journal here year after year!
Why do you like online journaling? It's a way to express myself and feel connected to online friends, in what feels like a safe space.
What are some of your hobbies? I like writing (fantasy romance novels at the moment!), reading, poledancing and learning the Korean language.
Favorite bands/artists: I love the entire Bratz discography. I'm hugely into k-pop; my faves are WayV, Xdinary Heroes, SF9 and Orange Caramel.

How often do you update?:
Multiple times a month, usually. What do you want in an DW friend?: I hope we enjoy reading each other's journals and chatting/commenting sometimes!

Do you have any pets?: Two cats! :D
How long have you been online journaling?: Uhh... a long time, on and off. :P
Why do you like online journaling?: I just like screaming into the void sometimes. I also really like being able to make connections with other people, which seems more and more difficult these days.
What are some of your hobbies?: Yes. No but--art, writing, roleplay, various crafts, reading, animanga/cartoons, collecting (TCGs, retro games/consoles, animation cels, plushies, etc.), meta... and probably more!
Favorite bands/artists: /shrugs in polyjamorous
Favorite TV shows: I like some older live action, but I mostly watch anime/cartoons/etc. Ginga Nagareboshi Gin & Ginga Densetsu Weed, Digimon (s1), Pokemon (original), SatAM/Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, Transformers Animated/Transformers Prime, the HTTYD cartoon series, MLP (g4), etc.
Favorite movies: The Road to El Dorado, Lilo & Stitch (first movie, but I love them all and the series), HTTYD 1 & 2
Favorite books: My Favorites Shelf!
Other fandoms: Fandom list! It's a lot lmao
Is your journal friends only, partial or public?: Partial; I keep serious stuff and most vent-type stuff to friends-only.
How often do you update?: Sporadically. Some days I'll post three times, sometimes I'll go without posting for two weeks.
What do you want in an DW friend?: General "YKINMKATO" type stuff; folks who are able to have thoughtful discussions; folks who just like fun anime/games/manga/whatever and like seeing me talk about niche series :)
Any closing words/quotes/pictures/gifs/anything else you'd like to add: My friends-locked stuff can be negative at times due to issues with my overall health, but I try very hard to be positive and friendly. I'm happy to talk to just about anyone and don't believe in shaming folks for what they like. There is no cringe--live your dreams. <3

Occupation; Office drone
Do you have any pets?? I have embraced my inner Crazy Cat Lady, and I share my home with 8 cats. Send help. LOL!
How long have you been online journaling? 20+ years
Why do you like online journaling? I love āmeetingā new people and learning new things. It was an online friend who introduced me to Postcrossing, which has become a passion of mine.
What are some of your hobbies? Reading, writing, and I love to go on mini-adventures with family or friends (antiquing, boutiquing, thrifting)
Favorite bands/artists: My taste in music is eclectic. I enjoy everything from classical to hard rock.
Favorite TV shows: I mainly watch paranormal programs, archaeological shows, old-school cartoons, and hockey
Favorite movies: Harry Potter series, 80ās comedies (Better Off Dead, Just One of the Boys, etc)
Favorite books: I mainly read cozy mysteries and urban fantasy. Fave series are Mercy Thompson, Jane Yellowrock, Kate Daniels, Cal Leandros, Mrs Murphy, Second Chance Cat
Is your journal friends only, partial or public?: Partialābook reviews are public, anything relating to real life is friends only
How often do you update?: 2-3 times a week
What do you want in an DW friend?: Sense of humor, open mind. Itās nice to have things in common, but if youāre a 20-something gamer with a pet parakeet, itās not as if we canāt be friends. LOL!
Any closing words/quotes/pictures/gifs/anything else you'd like to add: Go, Blackhawks! Yes, I know they didnāt make the playoffs; donāt remind me.

I'm hockey adjacent, (re Blackhawks) and my primary fandom is set in a story about a fictional university D1 hockey team. @ omgcheckplease on Tumblr, a webcomic by Ngozi Ukazu.
You seem interesting! Would you like to be friends?

Do you have any pets?? Yes. Two cats and a dog.
How long have you been online journaling? Well, at this site I just started, but I have been journaling on and off for years on different sites.
Why do you like online journaling? Sometimes it's just nice to have someone read and respond. It feels less lonely and I really don't do physical diaries.
What are some of your hobbies? I like to write, knit and listen to podcasts (mostly true crime). I train with my dog, and go on long walks with her and my SO. I also play post-by-post rp (I haven't tried it in a place like this). And then I play computer games - at the moment it's Sun Haven!
Favorite music genre: I like it heavy, mostly alternative metal, gymcore or something with strong (not growling) vocals, a nice beat and meaningful lyrics.
Favorite TV shows and movies: I like stuff that's not to "forced cringe", and I like crime shows, action movies and superheroes. The movie I've watched the most is The Mummy (the original, no thank you to Tom Cruise).
Other fandoms: I don't really have any fandoms, sorry about that!
What genres do you like?: As a writer I'm into fantasy and sci-fi. I also have a plot for a more modern action-like history. As a consumer, I really like action, fantasy, sci-fi and crime.
Is your journal friends only, partial or public?: So far public, but I will probably make some private or friends only entries at some point.
How often do you update?: It depends. Sometimes once or more a day, sometimes like never.
What do you want in an DW friend?: Like an old time pen pal. Maybe someone who would read my journaling. I like to learn about other cultures, countries and worldviews, and I don't mind deep conversations, but I would rather not talk politics, war and so on, I feel I get that a lot from the media.
And I'd like to work on my written English, so someone who might be able to point out mistakes in a friendly way.
I wouldn't mind other writers, it's a lonely profession! Though I only write in my mother tongue.

Age/Location: 37, the PNW (US).
Occupation; Ha, that's a loaded question. I'm a PhD chemist and I work at a startup I co-founded. I also teach. I almost never talk about work.
Do you have any pets?? Three cats, all of them terrible goblins.
How long have you been online journaling? I started on GreatestJournal (RIP) in 2002, moved to lj in 2003, and never really quit.
Why do you like online journaling? I keep a paper journal, too — it's a place to organize my thoughts, and I like the aspect of being able to get to know people and keep up with them.
What are some of your hobbies? I write a fair amount. I also run tabletop RPGs (think D&D 5e, PbtA, etc), and I do game design as well. I like to read and in my downtime I cook and play videogames.
Favorite bands/artists: Good glob that's a loade question. Er. I am one of those people who really does listen to everything (including the usual exclusions, e.g. rap/country). Honestly, the best place to start is probably to simply go, "I saw William Basinki, the Decemberists, and Modest Mouse last year; this year, I thus far have tickets to see Lord Huron and the Decemberists again, and my husband and I are going to pick up tickets for a music festival in Portland so we can see Japanese Breakfast and Built to Spill." I love music, it's one of my special interests, and I usually have at least one band/artist in common with everyone I meet.
Favorite TV shows: Uh. I'm not really a TV person (and I totally blank on questions like this, good lord). Stuff that I have watched that sticks out to me as stuff I've liked is, uh. Unforgotten (BBC crime procedural about cold cases, it's quite good), Elementary (mostly because I was watching it along with my dad, so). Tuca and Birdie and Close Enough come to mind (RIP both, alas). If we count short-form series that are done by e.g. Netflix or whatever, I like a lot of what Mike Flanagan has done (ask ME my thoughts on Bly Manor or Midnight Mass!), and I loved Cunk on Earth.
Favorite movies: Same problem here, honestly! I have probably watched and liked a lot, and when you ask me, point-blank, I go "er..." and can't list anything of meaning. So, "er..." — ha. Um, Bladerunner is a perennial fave; ditto Alien. I love horror and make a point of watching stuff that interests me, especially folk horror (the original Wicker Man is fucking fantastic; also loved The Ritual and Starve Acre is on my to-watch list). Howl's Moving Castle is an imperfect adaptation in that it's got almost nothing in common with the book, but I still love it (as evidenced by the icon, I suppose). More recent stuff I've watched and enjoyed — American Fiction (it's hilarious, truly), The Holdovers, Barbarian...again, I'm blanking, but that's what I get, and if I think of something else I'll edit this.
Favorite books: Okay, books are my jam, and the list here is way too long to go into in a meaningful way. I love Ursula K LeGuin and she is probably my favorite author, but the bar is high. The Left Hand of Darkness is one of my favorites. The Dispossessed is why I'm a scientist. I really enjoy Naomi Novik, and Uprooted is probably on my favorites list. Erin Morgenstern has written two books I really enjoyed — The Starless Sea was weird but exactly up my alley. Um. I adore Kelly Link and Magic for Beginners is what made me want to write short stories. I'm still not great at writing, but I enjoy it, and I love that book to this day. I was lucky in high school/college that I wasn't forced to read anything off the "greatest books ever" lists, so I have a genuine fondness for Jane Eyre because I read it on my own (and it's totally bananas in a really fun way). Oh, and I adore Murderbot and I'm hoping (fingers crossed!) that the new adaptation is good.
Other fandoms: I mean, I did mention tabletop, right? I DM/GM a lot — it's probably my main hobby at this point, and I'm okay with that. I usually cut stuff that I talk about tabletop-wise in my journal, but it's definitely there. Not so much "here's this funny thing that happened during a campaign that you have zero context for", but things like, "I'm recruiting new players, here's the pitch" or the like, because I enjoy running stuff and I welcome new people at tables I run.
Is your journal friends only, partial or public?: It's a mix of public and friends only, depending on what I'm talking about at any given point.
How often do you update?: I used to update more frequently, but it waxes and wanes. Probably every two weeks or so?
What do you want in an DW friend?: Honestly...I will probably read your entries even if I don't comment more than sporadically. I like to get to know people and I do pay attention, though I don't always have the social bandwidth to comment, so if you are talking about your daily life and interests, that's great.
Any closing words/quotes/pictures/gifs/anything else you'd like to add: Nothing comes immediately to mind...?

Neat! I was wondering if your username was a reference to, well, HfO2 :)
I haven't had a chance to fill out this thing yet, but I'm a 40s West Coaster, chemical engineer working in semiconductors (which is why I have an immediate association with hafnium, heh), and we have a nice overlap in books -- LeGuin (though I love her fantasy and essays on SFF more than her sci-fi), Naomi Novik, Murderbot, Kelly Link -- as well as other interests per our DW profiles and flisters. And I think we blog in reasonably compatible ways (I'm definitely talking about my daily life and interests, albeit under f-lock).
Cool if I friend you?

Do you have any pets?? Some number of cats, a dog, and wild birds. Just this month I've seen two turkey hens, a brown thrasher, several cardinals, some dark eyed juncos, downy woodpeckers, the weirdly misnamed red-bellied woodpecker, song sparrows, white throated sparrows, white crowned sparrows, a warbling vireo I think, mockingbirds, robins, and a catbird. I also keep hearing chickadees, but none of them visit.
How long have you been online journaling? A while!
Why do you like online journaling? I gotta put my thoughts down somewhere. Also my links. My loads and loads of links.
What are some of your hobbies? I read a lot, I listen to audiodramas, and this time of year I like to walk around saying "Tsk! That person really needs to divide their daffodils!"
Favorite TV shows: It varies, but I'm currently (in theory) rewatching ST:VOY with my younger niece
Favorite movies: which reminds me that we really ought to get around to watching Galaxy Quest one of these months
Favorite books: Who has favorite books? They're all my favorite as I read them! I genuinely cannot pick and choose. I am generally a fan of SFF and of middle grade fiction, whether it's SFF or not.
Other fandoms: TBH, I don't much post about fan stuff. I post more about daily stuff or my increasing fury with the state of the world. Also, lots of news links. I possibly should read less news.
Is your journal friends only, partial or public?: Mostly public!
How often do you update?: More or less every day-ish. I do tend to forward-date entries so that if I miss a day there still aren't gaps in my calendar. I could do it the other way, but this just works out better.
What do you want in an DW friend?: None of the usual list of isms, occasional updates, occasional comments. I'm easygoing like that, people don't all have to be the same.
Any closing words/quotes/pictures/gifs/anything else you'd like to add: I have weird weird anxiety about asking people to be friend or the other way around. It's okay to just hit "subscribe" and assume I'll do the same or I won't, no hard feelings.

Occupation; lecturer in a university, currently writing 5 books. One is a novel about a queer woman discovering kink for the first time. Thatās just for fun and I donāt expect it to get published. The others all relate to my field. One is just going through edits with the publisher, two others are waiting to see if the book proposals are accepted and the other one I have to write the proposal for and work out who I want to submit it to.
Do you have any pets?? One black and white tuxedo cat. Michaela. (Snooker cat. Props to anyone who gets the reference!)
How long have you been online journaling? I started on LJ in about 2003
Why do you like online journaling? I donāt use FB or twitter. I write a paper journal daily but also like having somewhere I can post that isnāt just writing into a book
What are some of your hobbies?
Reading mostly. I read a LOT (currently reading my 100th book of the year). I also like crafting and am making an altered book and when I can get enough headspace, am about to start an Alice in wonderland tunnel book. I sing in a choir. I write. Iām kinky and whilst I wouldnāt call it a hobby, itās certainly something I do for fun
Favorite bands/artists: Iām terrible at these questions. My most-played on Spotify is probably my ātime after timeā playlist, which is the most comprehensive list of all covers I could find. Currently got an 8D playlist in my ears. I like Christina perri, the āyou broke me firstā Spotify list, classical music is a big thing for me .
Favorite TV shows: I donāt have a TVā¦
Favorite movies: shortbus
Favorite books: given how much I read I should have an answer but I donāt know that I do really. I love just about everything by Pratchett, and Ali Smith
Other fandoms: I donāt do fandoms
Is your journal friends only, partial or public?: friends only but happy to add people
How often do you update?: not as often as I read. I read every other day and would like to go back to writing more
What do you want in an DW friend?: looking for queer friends who engage with their emotions :)

You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
for a hundred miles through the desert repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves.
Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine.
Meanwhile the world goes on.
Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain
are moving across the landscapes,
over the prairies and the deep trees,
the mountains and the rivers.
Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air,
are heading home again.
Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and excitingā
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.

Occupation: Law librarian
Do you have any pets?? I have two cats.
How long have you been online journaling? At least since 2000. I had a Diaryland and a MyDearDiary account before Livejournal.
Why do you like online journaling? Journaling is a good way for me to remember things, especially as I get "foggy" these days and don't remember things as well. The online part makes it easier for me because I'm usually on my computer (or now, phone). Plus sometimes you make friends!
What are some of your hobbies? I read a lot. I enjoy jigsaw puzzles and those Lego flower kits. Coloring. I'd like to get back into writing again. I have a podcast, but I haven't updated in a while.
Favorite bands/artists: SO many. I like a lot of different music. Pop and rock from the 80s and 90s are perennial favorites. I like doowop sometimes. I like Neil Diamond and Gordon Lightfoot, and am not embarrassed to say so.
Favorite TV shows: Severance is really good and I can't wait for season 3. I need to get back into Doctor Who. I watch a lot of the shows on the Dropout streaming service (Game Changer, SmartyPants, and so on). Last Week Tonight with Jon Oliver. KIDS IN THE HALL.
Favorite movies: I don't watch a lot of movies and I'm blanking on favorites.
Favorite books: I'll always love Anne of Green Gables and The Hobbit.
Other fandoms:
Is your journal friends only, partial or public?: I put media posts public but everything else is friends-only.
How often do you update?: I try to update at least once a week, if not more.
What do you want in an DW friend?: I like making connections and folks who comment at least occasionally. Some hobbies/interests in common is helpful. I like reading about everyone else's lives, so if your journal is 90% fandom, we're probably not compatible. Also not compatible with right-wing ideologies, TERFs, and the -phobic set.

Do you have any pets? a cat
How long have you been online journaling? I don't remember. Since 2003?
Why do you like online journaling? I like to talk to fellow fans.
What are some of your hobbies? icon making, reading, dancing, learning Mandarin
Favorite TV shows: currently, I'm obsessed with the French show HPI. I like everything that has to do with romance, e.g. Bridgerton, My Lady Jane, Doctor Odyssey. I love fantasy and science fiction, but I'm not watching anything in particular right now.
Favorite movies: Brazil, Everything Everywhere All At Once, Dirty Dancing
Other fandoms: cdrama, Zhu Yilong
Is your journal friends only, partial or public?: all fannish stuff (recs, reviews) and icon posts are public, my personal posts are f-locked.
How often do you update?: about three or four icon posts a month, maybe one rec post, and usually one personal monthly roundup post.
What do you want in an DW friend?: interaction, maybe some common fandoms, maybe someone who likes the icons I make or posts about creative things they do.
