**FRIENDING MEME**

Thank you all for 15 years so far, of amazing icons!
As the majority of us online journaling veterans, are still migrating from Livejournal; as this is an active community, I figured a Friending Meme is in order! Lets make some new friends, to keep our online journaling aesthetic alive!

Age/Location: I’ll be 34 in June and I live in the US in Ohio
Occupation; Nanny by day and writer by night/college student when I have the time :p
Do you have any pets?? 4.5 cats; Maddie and Buddy are going to be 12, Sophie is 4, and Josie is about 16 months. My mom has a cat that’s about 10 and her name is Holly.
How long have you been online journaling? I started on LJ in 2008/2010ish. I started crossposting in 2017 and then migrated over here completely in the last few years.
Why do you like online journaling? I do; it’s a nice outlet.
What are some of your hobbies? Sims 4, crocheting/knitting, writing, reading, listening to music, consuming TV and movies.
Favorite bands/artists: My Top 3 bands are Queen, Fleetwood Mac, and The Jonas Brothers. I like 80s, 90s, and some 2000s-2010s country. Love Taylor Swift and Kacey Musgraves. Lizzo, Harry Styles, Sabrina Carpenter, ABBA, Olivia Rodrigo, The Dixie Chicks, and musicals. Etc, etc, and etc. I love music and listen to a wide variety.
Favorite TV shows: All-time faves are Supernatural, The Golden Girls, and Girl Meets World. I watch 99% of the shows that air on TLC with the 90 Day Fiance franchise being my favorite. The Last Of Us s1 was amazing! I like reruns of Glee, Frasier, and ER. I’m not caught up, but I do enjoy 9-1-1 and Lonestar. Euphoria! Enjoyed the Dynasty reboot with Liz Gillies (i’m a fan of hers) Call The Midwife never fails to make me cry (super behind there too). And, super embarrassing, but I LOVE Bluey! Lol. I watch A LOT of TV.
Favorite movies: Marvel and I need to get caught up. Don’t Worry Darling and Anyone But You have been some of my recent favorites. LOVE Florence Pugh! Red, White & Royal Blue killed me. I also love Brie Larsen. I seriously watch and have watched too many to recount here.
Favorite books: The Notebook, The Help, One Last Stop, etc.
Other fandoms: Not really.
Is your journal friends only, partial or public?: Friends only.
How often do you update?: Depends on me spoons. Goal is once a week and sometimes more.
What do you want in an DW friend?: Someone who’s low maintenance; I don’t comment all the time and if you’re expecting that we won’t be along.
Any closing words/quotes/pictures/gifs/anything else you'd like to add: I’m currently on a health journey. I have several chronic illnesses that were exacerbated by the first time I had Covid in December 2021. I’m going through multiple medical tests to figure out what’s wrong.
